I’m Emily, a 19-year-old autistic student, mental health activist and autism advocate. I’ve struggled with my mental health since the age of 13, in that time collecting a bunch of diagnoses which I am trying to no longer allow to define me. Instead I am defining myself by the books I love to read, time spent horse riding, the wonderful friendships I have and the love I get from my two gorgeous dogs.

Thank you for being here and following along on my journey.

Love, Emily.

        1. Oh now I feel really young *cringe* it’s weird how I’m like online friends with people way younger and way older than me, but in the real world that would never happen.
